If your tracking shows that your items have no update on the tracking, are late/past the delivery date, or it shows they were delivered but you never received them, we can help! If your package has been marked as delivered by USPS and is inside the correct claim period shown below please file a missing mail search with the carrier here to expedite the process.

Once this process is complete or if your package was shipped with another carrier (FedEx), please complete the Lost In Transit form. Fill in all of the information used on the order including:
- First and Last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Order number (Can be found in your email via order confirmation)
- Tracking Number of the missing package (Can be found in your shipment confirmation)
As a reminder, orders can take up to 1 business day to process and then 3 business days to be delivered to you through our standard shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays! Here are some things you can check before filling out the form:
Check your order status
Confirm your order has not shipped out yet by checking the status under our Track An Order page. Your order may have been delayed
Check the tracking number
Our carriers will be sure to update your tracking if there are any rare situations that would delay your order such as serious road construction, extreme weather, or any other odd situations that may come up.
Once you've checked that information and filled out our form, please select if you would like a replacement or refund. Once this is complete you are all done on your end, we will look into what went wrong and reach out to you via email as quickly as possible!
