When you check on your online order you can check the status of the order as well as the individual items! We've listed the statuses and their meanings below to give you a better idea of the progress on your items!
Order Status
In progress
- We’ve received your order and it’s being processed, which could take up to 24 hours. Pre-orders will be processed when available for shipment.
- The item is backordered as it is currently out of stock, and we are waiting for the product to become available.
On hold – payment decline
- We could not process your payment. Once the issue with your payment is resolved, click Edit Order to re-enter or change your payment information.
Partially shipped
- Part of your order has shipped/is ready for pick up. View Order Details for more information.
Shipped
- Your order has shipped/is ready for pick up. View Order Details for tracking #/pick-up info.
Delivered
- Your order has been delivered or was picked up.
Cancelled
- Your order has been cancelled and you won’t be charged.
Returned
- Your order has been returned for a refund or replacement.
Item Status
Order placed
- The order was just placed and is being sent to our system.
Order received
- We’ve received your order. It will be processed within the next 24 hours.
Awaiting product availability
- We’ve received your order and will ship it as soon as it’s available. If your item is a pre-order, payment will process a week before the release date. Your card won’t be charged until your item is shipped.

Preparing for shipment
- Your item has been processed and is being packed for shipment.
Preparing for pick-up
- Your item will be ready for pickup soon. We'll send you an email when it's ready.
Partially shipped
- At least one of multiple ordered items has shipped.
Awaiting Carrier Pickup
- Your item is packed and awaiting pickup by the shipping provider.
Shipped
- All items on the order have shipped.
Picked up
- Your item has been picked up from your selected store.
Cancelled
- Your item has been cancelled and you won’t be charged.
Refund issued
- Your refund has been applied. Posting times vary by payment method and issuer.
